A teen’s greatest night?

As teens prepare for their memorable prom night, a trouble-making student and an escaped sex offender are at large, as well as a masked killer who could be one of them or neither.

At the time of release, there were already critics lumping it in with the “women in danger” over-saturation of slashers. But Prom Night had some actual mystery and action to the story, and you don’t feel like it’s just straightforward predictable. It’s a classic that’s still fun to watch.
